We are pleased to present our resort communities (located in Apache Junction, Arizona and our newest location in Wickenburg, Arizona) to you. Whether you are looking for a permanent place to call home, a winter getaway destination or just an overnight stay where you will feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable, our communities are the place for you. Rent a space by the day, week, month, season or annually.

We have new and pre-owned mobile homes and park models available for sale at most of our locations. We also have select rental homes that are fully furnished so all you have to do is show up. Our resort communities are age qualified to promote an active retirement lifestyle. Pets are welcome but some restrictions may apply.
